1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an
Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary
Sum of Two million four hundred and eighty-six thousand
five hundred and seventy-seven Dollars and two Cents to
defray the Charges of the year 1930, and I am of opinion that
the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's
instructions.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
